This request sought records sent to former Secretary of Education Ronald Tomalis and members of the Board of Trustees in April, May, June and July of 2012. The Dept. of Education partially denied the request, and the Office of Open Records denied the appeal. The Commonwealth Court reversed the OOR's decision, and remanded it to the OOR for further review.
